Wrangler In Training (WIT)
Leadership Camp
Two Week Overnight
Ride the trails, build lifelong friendships!
Are you ready to take your Wrangler camp experience to the next level? The Wrangler-In-Training (WIT) program is your chance to build leadership skills while expanding your knowledge of horse care and riding at Camp GROW.
This two-week program is designed for teen campers eager to deepen their understanding of equestrian care and riding techniques while actively supporting the Wrangler staff and riding program. As a WIT, you’ll develop essential leadership skills in the barn, on the trail, and with fellow campers, all while learning how to encourage and support others in Camp GROW's fun, positive, and challenging Wrangler environment.
Guided by our Ranch Director, participants will assist with horse care, barn maintenance, and leading trail rides. You’ll also receive a personal development assessment from the Wrangler team, ensuring you leave the program equipped with the knowledge and skills to pursue a future role on our Summer Staff.
If you’re passionate about enhancing your equestrian skills and love working with youth, this program is for you! Start by submitting an application. Once approved, you’ll receive a private link to complete your registration.
